Chris Saltz serves as President of Connext, focusing heavily on leading the company's commercial strategy and transformation initiatives, including Connext's growth strategy, go-to-market execution, strategic partnerships, enterprise customer engagement, and broader commercial transformation - each being key elements of a scalable foundation for long-term growth.
With more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across IT Services, Technology Solutions and Management Consulting, Chris held senior revenue and growth leadership positions with Intellinet/FPT Software, Insight Enterprises, Rali Solutions, and other high-growth firms, prior to joining Connext.
Chris lives in Mulberry, GA with Trina, his wife of 32+ years. Together they have three adult children and four grandchildren. Outside of work, Chris enjoys outdoor cooking, serving as a worship leader at his church, cheering for the Atlanta Braves and Georgia Bulldogs, and hosting family and friends over for great backyard barbecues.

As Connext’s Chief Operating Officer, Matt is responsible for the overall success of Deployment Services. With over 14 years of experience in Client Services, Matt seeks to provide his customers with excellence at all levels of implementation.
A 2007 graduate of Georgia College and State University, Matt was a four-year letterman in Baseball, bringing those leadership and team-building skills into the workplace. Matt and his wife, Kalee, live in Braselton, GA with their three children, Rylee, Ellie and Braxton. A family that loves the outdoors, Matt is also heavily involved in youth sports and coaching.

As VP of Installation Services, Richard is responsible for overseeing the successful planning, coordination, execution, and quality control of installs and related activities. With over 15 years of experience in the deployment services industry, Richard brings a wealth of firsthand field and project management knowledge to support the Connext team and all stakeholders.
A long-standing youth baseball and football coach with nearly two decades of community service, Richard believes strongly in the power of building relationships and service leadership. Richard enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children and is an avid sports and outdoors fan. He can be found spending his free time cheering on the Dawgs, Braves, or relaxing by the pool.

Dan brings over ten years of industry experience in a variety of roles and has a track record of leveraging his skills in cost and margin analysis, business process design, contract and scope development, and data analytics to improve efficiency and accuracy throughout his organizations.
Dan is a native of the Atlanta area and graduated from the University of Georgia. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, cheering on his favorite sports teams, and studying martial arts, which he shares with his son.

Valerie joined Connext in June 2024 as our Director of Employee Experience. With over 18 years of expertise in human resource management, Valerie excels in strategies, employee relations, policy development, recruiting, benefits, performance management, multi-state payroll processing, and compliance with multi-state employment laws.Her leadership has successfully implemented effective employee engagement strategies, onboarding processes, and compensation policies and fostered a positive cultural transformation.

As Director of Support Services, Taylor is responsible for the Managed Services teams as well as our Internal IT operations. With over 20 years of general IT experience, including 15 years in the Managed Services space, Taylor brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Connext's support organization and customers.
Hailing from Braselton Ga, Taylor spends his free time working on muscle cars, camping in the North Georgia mountains and spending time with friends & family.

Elaine is a seasoned CPA with experience in both publicly-traded and privately-held companies. She has worked with Executive Teams on strategy, budgeting, forecasting, modeling and financial analysis.
Originally from the Midwest, Elaine lives in Northeast Atlanta and has 2 children and 2 grandchildren, which keeps her busy. She enjoys watching all sports and spending time with family and friends.

Currently serving as the President & CEO of DCI, Brent has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision, particularly in revenue growth and business turnaround. He serves on several corporate boards, including Garden City Equity, contributing extensive experience in business strategy, growth, and operational excellence. Brent lives in the Memphis Metropolitan Area and enjoys spending time with his family, mentoring young professionals, and engaging in community service.

Chad Merrill has a long history as a successful entrepreneur, having been involved in the creation and leadership of multiple businesses. Most recently Chad founded Impact 2:52, LLC which owns and operates 30 baseball & soccer academies across the country. The Impact 2:52 companies also operate a management company that offers management, consulting & leadership development services to entrepreneurial companies. Chad lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife, Robin, and their two sons. Chad sits on the Truett McConnell University BOV, TOCA Football, Garden City Companies, A Squared Investments, Revenue Partners and several other corporate & ministry boards. He enjoys spending time with his family, coaching entrepreneurs, traveling and living an active lifestyle.

Jason brings nearly 25 years of experience in technology and communication management to this dynamic industry. An entrepreneur with a heart for helping others, Jason is highly engaged with his church and multiple charitable organizations, including iServe Ministries and Compassion International. Jason received a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. He currently resides in Northeast Atlanta, GA with his wife Becky and their three sons.
